Subscriptions arrive one at a time and are never reviewed together. This is the review.
Found, not entered
You do not tell Pocket what you subscribe to. It reads your transactions, finds charges that repeat, and works out the cadence from the actual dates — monthly, four-weekly, quarterly, annual. A charge that arrives at irregular intervals is not a subscription and is not treated as one.
The amount has to be stable too. A merchant you happen to pay every month for a different amount each time is a habit, not a subscription, and Pocket says so.
What Pocket
will not claim
It will not tell you whether you have used something. A bank statement records money leaving; it does not record what you watched, read or generated. An app that claims to know your usage from your statement is guessing and not saying so.
So Pocket asks you once, per service, and remembers the answer. “Barely use it” is a fact you supplied. It is labelled as yours, and it is the only basis on which a cancellation is ever suggested.
